What opportunities have your students taken advantage of that they couldn't receive anywhere else?
Mrs. Davidson is an amazing choir teacher. She encourages her students to audition for regional, state, & national choirs. My daughter made these extra choirs and this takes a lot of Mrs. Davidson’s personal time outside of work.
Why should others consider BSD?
Change is happening in the Batesville school district. An auditorium is scheduled to be built, which is awesome for students interested in fine arts! My husband is the Director of Engineering at the Intimidator Group and he is currently partnering with BHSC to set up an engineering track with internships and scholarships. This school has an amazing presence in the community and gives back to it.

What's something your students have accomplished in our district you are proud of?
My daughter made the All-Region and National Honor choirs. She is going to be in the HS play Guys & Dolls this spring, and I believe her NWEA diagnostic scores are one of the best in the 7th grade for Math and ELA.
