New Students (K-12)

New Student Registration Form
Available to students entering grades 1-12.
1. Please fill out the New Student Registration Form about your student:
  - 2025-2026 Form - Entering the district beginning Fall 2025
2. The following items will be needed upon registration:
  - Birth Certificate (Hospital records will not be accepted)
  - Social Security Card
  - Immunization Record
  - Insurance/Medicaid Card
Click the buttons below to download and complete the English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Forms: Employment Survey and Home Language Survey*

After completing the forms, please return them to your child's campus. Forms may be completed at their campus.
*Home Language Survey is available in Arabic, Chinese, Hmong, Laotian, Marshallese, Tamil, Telugu, and Vietnamese upon request.

Returning Students

Click the button below to complete your child's Returning Student Registration for the 2025-2026 school year.
You will receive an email (on file with the school district) with a "snapcode" which is necessary to complete your student's registration.

Click the button below to complete the Campus Transfer Request Form for the 2025-2026 school year - DEADLINE is May 23, 2025.

Please fill out the form if you want to transfer your elementary student to a different campus for the next school year. You will be notified via email.
