Individualized learning pathways are provided for all of our students' experiences. Utilizing mentoring opportunities, our students are guided through academic selections such as: core graduation requirements, electives, virtual classes, concurrent credit course offerings, and Pre-AP/AP classes.

Through our college partnerships, students have the opportunity to participate in career and technical programs while gaining workforce-ready credentials. Our mission is to Empower Today’s Students For Tomorrow’s Challenges. Our students connect and serve in a family environment. BHS offers 23 service clubs: Beta, Student Council, Chess, Partners, Mock Trial, Key Club, FCCLA, World Cultures, Robotics, FFA, Foreign Language, FBLA, National Art Honors Society, FCA, Book Club, GSA, Science, Christian, MSAC, Quiz Bowl, Drama, and P7.

With our district wide energy efficiency initiative, our students also have the opportunity to learn about our solar panels from the solar panel field and canopies in the solar trak program. Each organization offers peer and community connections, competition and service projects.
