• EAGLE MOUNTAIN ARCHERY

  • Eagle Mountain Elementary is a proud partner of the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP). Students in grades 4 and 5 are eligible to try-out for the Eagle Mountain Elementary Archery team. During the month of September, archery skills are taught in the physical education class, and students may also attend before and after school practices. Those interested in trying out for the competition team will complete a rigorous assessment of skills in early October. Competition season begins in December, with invitational tournaments leading to Regionals. Regional Tournaments are held throughout the state in February. The State Tournament is held in Hot Springs, and those that qualify will go to the National Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky where over 15,000 archers compete for National Champions. The World Tournament is held at different venues that have included Orlando and Myrtle Beach.

Eagle Mountain Elementary has had great success with NASP. Here are a few of the accomplishments.
