Batesville School District Board Vacancy

The Batesville School District Board of Directors has a vacant board seat in Zone D3. Interested applicants must reside within the boundaries of this zone.

Applications are available in person at 490 E. College St., Suite 256, during normal business hours, or may be downloaded below. The deadline to submit applications is Friday, November 6, 2026 at 4:30 pm.  Resumes are optional.

On Monday, November 16, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., during the regular BSD Board Meeting the vacancy will be filled. The meeting will take place in the Media Center at West Elementary, 850 N. Hill St.

During the meeting, each candidate will have the opportunity to participate in a public interview and present their qualifications for consideration.
