Senate Bill 291 passed in the House and is set to be voted on by the Senate tomorrow... this will recognize the Community Schools Model (CSM) as an evidence-based framework for Arkansas schools. BSD has been blazing the trail and drawing up the blueprint which will be utilized in school districts across the state!
